Tax Collection
Tax payments can be mailed to the Town of Moscow, 110 Canada Road, Moscow, Maine 04920. Payments can be made in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to noon and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Taxes are committed and bills are mailed out in early July
Taxes are due September 30th. Interest begins on October 1st.
Real Estate Lien Process
30-day Lien Notices on Taxes go out in mid-April. The Lien will be recorded at the Somerset Registry of Deeds in mid-May (30 days from the Lien Notice). The lien will go into automatic foreclosure 18 months from the date it was recorded with the Registry of Deeds.

Moscow Residents can renew their motor vehicle registrations online or in person.
